Combs, a mind teasing logic puzzle

The objective of Combs is to match colors to form hexagon shapes.
There are two ways to accomplish this: By spinning combs to form a Tri-Comb match or creating a Mega-Comb. A Mega-Comb is created when the top piece of a Tri-Comb breaks off and falls into the comb below. If all three colors are the same, a Mega-Comb is created and every comb is shuffled.
